MEET CATHERINE GORMAN

Hi, I’m Catherine Gorman, a twenty-year retired Navy service member, Realtor, military spouse, and mom of two. My family and I have traveled the world – for military service and family vacations – and there aren’t too many regions better to live, work, and play in than the Coastal Virginia and Northeast North Carolina area. We’re proud to call Chesapeake, Virginia our home.

As a Realtor for more than 4 years, I’m licensed in Virginia and North Carolina and enjoy helping my clients navigate the home buying and selling process – especially when it comes to military relocation. Relocating can be stressful and overwhelming, regardless of whether it’s to another home, state, or continent.

Over the years, I have passionately serviced clients who needed help navigating the process of selling or buying a home and flipping investment properties.
